Guidelines

General

• Passport required upon check-in, ID card required for Thai nationals
• Registration card must be filled in and signed upon check-in
• All apartments feature King or Twin beds. Studio and One Bedroom apartments suitable for 1-2 persons, Two Bedroom apartments suitable for 2-4 persons
• Smoking and non-smoking apartments on request, subject to availability

Check-in and Check-out time

• Check-in time is 2.00 p.m. For early check-in, please contact property direct for availability
• Check-out time is 12.00 Noon. Late check-out until 6.00 p.m. is subject to a 50% charge, thereafter full rate applies

Payment Guarantee, Pre-payment and Deposit

Daily stays

• Apartment rental fee for entire stay, plus THB. 1,000.- per day must be guaranteed by credit card, or paid in advance upon check-in.

Monthly stays

• Pre-payment required on or before check-in
• A Lease Agreement must be completed prior to or upon check-in, and an Apartment Inventory list completed upon check-in.
• 1 Month stay: One (1) month’s rental in advance plus THB. 15,000 credit card guarantee
• 2 Months – 1 year stay: One (1) month’s rental in advance plus one (1) month’s rental in deposit
• Pet Surcharge: THB. 500.- nett per day, maximum THB. 2,000.- nett per month

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival date, otherwise a cancellation / no-show fee equivalent to one (1) night’s stay will be charged for bookings up to 7 nights, two (2) night’s charge for bookings 7 to 29 nights, and three (3) night’s charge for bookings of thirty (30) nights and above.
• 6pm hold policy applies for non-guaranteed reservations.
